Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to selected international destinations.
Shipping rates
A flat rate of $4.95 USD applies to all orders shipped within the United States. Rates are shown in USD and calculated at checkout before payment.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
After processing, U.S. delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak shopping periods can extend these timeframes.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
