Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at mosabahmedforyt@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will reply with return instructions and a return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is the result of our error.
Items that cannot be returned
Custom or personalized items, clearance items marked final sale, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before the order has shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.
